Services & Authorization
Aurora Restoration Pros offers a range of restoration services including water damage mitigation, fire and smoke damage cleanup, mold remediation, storm damage repair, and reconstruction. After an initial property assessment, we will provide a detailed estimate for the necessary work. All work performed adheres strictly to IICRC S500 (Water Damage Restoration), S520 (Mold Remediation), S540 (Trauma and Biohazard), and S700 (Fire and Smoke Damage) standards. We utilize equipment like Phoenix LGR dehumidifiers and Tramex moisture meters to ensure proper drying and mold prevention. We will not proceed with any work without your explicit authorization.
Payment, Insurance & Warranties
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. For large-scale projects, progress payments may be required. We accept major credit cards, checks, and direct insurance billing. Our estimates are based on Xactimate pricing software, and we facilitate direct billing to your insurance company. You are responsible for paying any deductible required by your insurance policy. Aurora Restoration Pros provides a one-year warranty on workmanship, covering defects in our labor. To make a warranty claim, contact us in writing with details of the issue. The warranty does not cover material defects or issues arising from pre-existing conditions.
